Fitbit decided to stop sync

My fitbit versa decided to stop sync with my samsung galaxy s7.

This started two days ago with my sleep records which didnt appear at all in the app.

Now, also, this happened with step count but different. Last night i had 22.000 steps and this morning they had dissapeared from both the app and versa.

Already tried reinstalling the app but no improvements. Also the app says my versa synced on June 1st and it is not syncing even when I ask it to.

Need help!

Sorry but you won't receive any help, apart from very basic suggestions like re install reboot switch bluetooth on off etc.....I have had Versa for 1 month now and i was able to have it work flawlessly for like 4 days cumulative...had a Blaze before and i had to stop notifications because they seldomly worked..so far so good...it seems the FITBIT "engineers" just are content on supporting like 3 4 devices out of all ANdroid devices and that's that..u can search for al the help u want...

Exactly the "support" I received.  They basically told me to get a phone on the compatibility list!!!
