Fitbit died

Yesterday morning I noticed that the screen on my Versa would never turn off. I had charged it to 100 the night before and noticed that my battery was pretty low after having a full charge. Yesterday afternoon my battery was at 19%, which was really crazy, as like I said it was at 100% the night before. I charged to for as long as I could before leaving and got it to 70%. Last night while out it completely died. I had it charged all night, and still nothing. I tried all the troubleshooting for restarting the versa, but it will not turn on. I think it’s the battery, which is disappointing because I have only had this versa since December. Any ideas on something I may not have tried?

Are you using the original fit bit charger out of your box? My husband has the same versa and I used his and it didn't charge properly.

Yes, but it’s been working great for 6 months. I haven’t have a single problem with it until yesterday when I all of a sudden did. I saw some people had problems with their charger, but it seemed like that was right out of the box most of the time.
