My versa was working great then just died all of a sudden. I cleaned it and the charger very well and put it back on the charger but nothing happened. It almost seems like the screen might be glowing slightly but I don’t think it’s charging. The app on my phone says it’s fully charged. Any help?

Sounds like a screen issue. My screen has been having issues too. I did nothing wrong like strike it or submerge it or anything. My screen started going out periodically, glowing sometimes, and now it only shows the whole watch face but squeezes it to fit half of the screen. All features seem to work for me though, accept for the screen.
It started around the app update and I can’t get any help with the issue. “Ironically” the Versa 2 is announced within a week or two of me having issues. Seems suspicious to me. It’s happened (happening)to a lot of people.
This is my second Versa. Battery just stopped charging on the first one right after the 1 year warranty. Bought a new one, and now screen issues... right after the 1 year warranty... I’ve also received zero advice after following the steps a Fitbit person told me to follow and let them know if it worked...

Contact Fitbit support and if you're still under warranty they might send you a replacement. All the best. T

Hi @Crossbone Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.
