My Fitbit Versa is syncing to my phone, has the green flashing in the back, and responds to being touched on the screen. Yet there is no clock face on it. When I try to “turn on” my screen, it just goes to a grey blank screen.
Is it possible for you to turn it off altogether? You can do this from the screen by going to settings—> about —> shut down. If that is not available you can hold down the left and bottom right button.
