I'm on my third fitbit. First a charge, then 2 x versa 2's. All have failed, either not charging, dropping 100%charge in minutes or the watch is dead. When I bought the versa 2, I bought a five year warranty from Curry's. Money well spent. My replaced versa 2 after 14 months failed before it was a year old but fitbit count their warranty from the original purchase date. Curry's said they will give me a voucher and this time I'm not going to buy a fitbit. I'm amazed that this product passes trading standards.
