Hi all.
My girlfriend and I have just been away on holiday, where both of our fitbits have broke within days of each other.
I have a versa 2 which, after swimming in the pool, no longer charges and is completely dead. I have had the versa 2 for 3 years, wearing it everyday, with no problem.
My girlfriend has an inspire 2 which also broke whilst swimming. She has been a regular swimmer and has had no previous problem with her Fitbit.
We have both followed the troubleshooting and done everything Fitbit has suggested to get the devices working, to no avail.
Our fitbits are broken. What can be done to rectify this?

Hi @Bertor - as your watch got water in it and is outside warranty, short of buying a new watch there is nothing else to do.
Incidentally the Versa 2 is on offer currently.
For your wife it may be the same case but if under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
Depending on where you bought it Fitbit may accept to replace it, but not necessarily with a new one
You can via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
