I’ve had my versa 2 for going on two years and never had a problem.  Wore it to bed like I always do and my alarm went off this morning but for some reason the clock face is totally black, and I can’t get any of the apps to open so I can’t even restart it.  I was trying to see if I could restart it from my phone maybe?  It also isn’t syncing with my phone right now either

I am having the same problem too, mine was charging and now won’t turn on.

I am having similar issues. I went to bed last night with my versa charged at 66% and now it isn't working. I contacted fitbit this morning and they want me to send my watch back for replacement since it is less than a year old. I also asked if it could be a possibility that there is a virus/bug and they stated they couldn't identify a problem unless it was sent back.
