Hi, have you checked whether the screen activation is set to automatically by pressing the left button for about 2 secs? Did you try to restart your Versa mutiple times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons? If yes and it still does not work, contact Customer Support about your problem.
