For some reason my Fitbit isn’t connecting to my iPhone.. is there something I can do? I’m not very good with technology...

You could try restarting your phone and then restarting your Versa by:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

The restart does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.

Had wanted a Versa and was so excited! I bought it 3 hours ago and already have it packed back up to take back to the store. No quick reply (not communicated well at all) for iPhone, no Spotify, alerts are totally spotty — what a disappointment. Returning it and getting an Apple Watch —
