First i bought this and ive had nothing but trouble it wont sink battery does not work like they said and i have a crack and i did not do anything for that to happen this was the worst purchase i made i am go to apple they stand by there warrant im stupid i didnt read the fine print that they dont cover or replace its the worse warranty i paid for i always make sure the warranty covers before i buy and i was told they did i didnt read the find print did nothing to get the crack in its on the side

I believe the extended square trade warranty may cover cracks @Jeanannehill.
As for apple, no they make their useser pay for replacement of cracked glass.

I have no clue as u to say they cover it when every one on here has had all the issues that versa has alot of stuff to be worked on and i think after facebook twitter and google we will be heard and i hope fitbit losses there clients my family and friends are buying apples and they do cover cracks i know cause ive talk to them

If the user pays for the service plan, then yes the user gets a discount on the repair cost of a screen replacement. Without the service plan, Apple charges about 80% of the cost of the watch, which is about what the 25% discount Fitbit offers.
So yes Fitbit does repair the screen, but it is not cheap for the user. PS the apple stores don't not do the repair.
