On my Versa, it says that If I want to continue using ing I need to visit a site and enter the code it gives me. I don't want to pay for It, but it pops up every time and it never comes off or you can't exit out of it. It bothers me because you can only see the time, not the steps or weather.

You have two choices--either pay for it as requested or simply download and install a different clock face.  This time, pay attention to whether there is a charge or not after the free trial. Those by Fitbit are free and and many, if not most, of the 3rd party faces are free.
