Hi! The past few days my versa battery has been going from fully charged to completely dead. I attempted to do a battery test (as the support guy suggested) and my battery went from fully charged at 9:00 p.m to low battery at 3:00 a.m to completely dead by 7:30 a.m.
I charged it again to 100% and as soon as I took it off the charged the screen blacked out and won’t come back on. It shows 100% charged on the app and connected but nothing comes up on the screen. And yes, I tried to reset it. Nothing changed.
Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem
I git my versa for Christmas and in January it would not take the charge after I changed it over night
it would go blank in 2 hours.
I was constantly charging it all Dear and then one day in February it just went blank and I can’t get it to work.
i jus got some info on troubleshooting from the rep fo I’ll try it and hopefully it works.
I’m disappointed bcuz I enjoyed it

My device has gone blank and not keeping the charge. It's been this way for two days now. I figured maybe water got into it someone and was causing issues so I placed in in rice. I looked on the back and see that its waterproof. I'm not understanding what's going on. I never shower or swim with it. Just do the dishes with it on. Smh. Can someone help me figure out what's going on.
