Often my runs recorded on Fitbit will not transfer over to Strava. I am not going to keep dropping them and re syncing giving them permissions. You should be able to issue an update that takes care of it all Fitbit. Please restore/update or I’m off to get a Garmin.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Fitbit account isn't syncing with Strava, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

 

If your watch is syncing properly with your Fitbit account, I recommend contacting Strava support directly.

LOL the guy above literally said he already did exactly what you linked to and it doesn't stay synced.

I'm STILL having this same issue.

Nothing since January will Sync on my Fitbit.

Can we get someone who understands the problem and attempts to fix it already to help?
