I have the Versa 2 and a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. The Versa was working just fine until I put it on the charger. It wouldn't charge and now the watch isn't working at all. I unpaired it from the app and now I can't pair it again. This is my 3rd Fitbit in two years, and I will not buy another one!

Of the tracker is not working, how will you be able to pair the tracker, and why would it be removed?
We need to get the watch working. Have you been able to get the unit to charge?
