Yesterday my Versa 2 screen started malfuntioning. At first it would appear faded, like the display was much darker and you could barely read it. Today, it's brighter, but is glitching like something out of the Matrix and it says the device can't be found when I open my app. Support isn't answering the phone and their chat feature is not available. 😞

In order to fix this issue, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
