My watch is not recording how many steps per hour it is also not doing seven minutes and it’s not recording a heartbeat

Not doing seven minutes.  Can you elaborate?

 

Not recording how many steps per hour.  Do you mean toward the 250 steps per selected hours?  If so, do you know where to look for them?  Did they ever show?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No they never showed it’s so frustrating to do this email thing no 250 steps are showing up at all per hour no heartbeat is showing up at all
