Versa 3 just went dead. Tried to charge, but just got extremely hot, and not responding at all???

Hi @Steelie1 Sadly it sounds as if it has died. If it won't charge or restart then all you can do is contact Fitbit Support and see what they say.

Hi @Steelie1 - if it gets hot when charging it probably got water in it and there is internal damage.

If it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, you can get it replaced.
