Versa 3 keeps restarting itself

For the last couple of days my versa 3 does not work. It shuts down and each time I restart it it just shuts down again. 
I bought it a year ago. Are they just built to last a year?? My previous one only lasted a year. Very depressing having to  change fitbit every year.

I might look at anther brand

Note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. That being said, please try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Thank you for a quick answer, but the watch is actually not working. Even when I manage to turn it on again, I can't swipe, nothing happens.

I have sent an email to post service but no response for the moment. looking for the possibility to chat with someone.
