Morning all,
Versa 3, replaced a failed Ionic under the warranty/burn-your-wrist scheme (the Ionic replaced a failed Surge...).
About 5-6 months with no issues, left on charge overnight and found the battery flat. Screen blank though I can occasionally get it to show 0% which disappears with the flash of a white line across the screen... tried all the reset hold this/press that stuff.
Hints or tips or headed for the bin?
Update: ... and has now, when picked up, just started working.
why, why, why... is it me?

Hi there, @Jonper. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and your time in trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.
I suggest following these tips and recommendations Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your watch, and in the case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

this isn't a glitch in jus one device, I've seen this same thing posted on here 3 times and mine is having the same issue and I kant get it to do anything. There is no answers or solutions... there has to be something wrong with the watches if this is happening to different ones ND as often as it is.... so what do I do now? Take it bak to the store?

Hi @King26 - if the watch shows 0% it is likely that there is a charging problem and the battery is currently flat.
Check the watch is properly cleaned and the charge cable fully (as often faulty) with the following instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If there is sudden battery loss it could also be following a firmware update or from water getting in which often causes the watch to get hot when charging. If it does stop immediately.
If the watch is otherwise not behaving correctly use the warranty to replace it after contacting support.
