my Fitbit light wont turn on, but it stills vibrates, dues anyone has any ideas how to fix it.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit light won't turn on, but the device vibrates. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If the issue persists, please confirm the model of your device and provide the additional details of the issue. I will be glad to investigate further.
