My fitbit versa has locked after the pin being entered too many times while changing the watch band (an issue itself that you cant lock the screen???)
It says unlock with phone.
Went to unlock through device pin, it says pin
entered too many times and reset pin.
I proceeded to do this but it displays "error connecting with versa"
I have tried EVERYTHING
Resetting the versa, restarting my phone, turning bluetooth, wireless, all other devices off. Forgetting the device and setting it up again, deleting it from my account, reinstalling the app. VERY FRUSTRATING
Ready to return it...

Also, it is continually successfully syncing with my phone and connected to wifi (which I have resetted on the versa and my phone, they're on the same network)
So it is obviously connected

Exactly the same issue... any fix?
