Hi

My versa constantly has the Fitbit logo displaying on the screen. 

 

Ive tried resetting and reinstalling but to no avail. Help please!

SInce I've had multiple issues with my Versa (that I've only had since April), including this one, I've asked for a replacement.  I did finally get past this by letting the battery drain, then charging it and it restarted fine
