hi, I have had my versa 3 for less than a year now. All of a sudden it has been stuck on the logo screen. I have tried all the suggested techniques to restart but am having no luck as it hasn't worked.
Please help.

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps performed and the feedback. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
