I hadn’t charged my Versa for a month. I tried charging it today but it’s stuck on the logo. Please help.

Thanks for your post. If your Versa is only displaying the Fitbit logo, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset procedure on your device:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
