Fitbit logo on Versa screen

Hello Fitbit warriors,

 

My Versa keeps showing the Fitbit logo periodically when I'm wearing it. Has that happened to anybody else? Why is it doing that constantly? Been doing that for a couple of weeks now.

Hi @chrismacias305 Try restarting your Versa several times and see ifbthat stops it happening. If not try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

@chrismacias305 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the Fitbit logo that your Versa shows constantly, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @NellyG.

 

As a side note, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep @NellyG and me posted on the outcome! 😀
