Fitbit not receiving notifications

My Fitbit versa 2 is not receiving Any notifications from phone..have tried all trouble shooting... stating that phone needs a restart if I uninstall Fitbit app I can get notifications for approximately half an hour and then the same message re phone restart.....my phone is huawei p smart 2019.. frustrating as I am disaapinted to have spent so much money on a smart watch that does not do as advertised

Hey Debz12,

I have the same issue for over 3 months now. I'm in Canada. My phone is an Honor 10 (belongs to Huawei).

They basically told me that the problem is my phone for being a Huawei, because of the ban on Huawei phones. However, my phone was released before the ban took place, and it should not be affected by the issue. Yours as well.

I'm asking for a refund but they refuse even though the first year of warranty is under their responsibility.

I'm gonna end up reporting them for not complying with their part.
