Hi,
A few days ago my fitbit switched off. When I put it back on the date was 2 days old and the time was off completely.
I will not sync to my phone. I have tried to restart it turned on and off my bluetooth and nothing.
I factory restarted and now it is stuck in format mode and will not connect to my phone
I got my fitbit versa on Amazon. Is there anywhere I can send it for repairs please?

I would love to help but will need to know what type of phone you have.
In also wondering why a factory reset was done? This should be the very last thing to try, and removed the tracker from your account.
With very few exceptions the factory reset is used only to clear your personal data before selling or giving the ionic to someone else.

Thanks for your reply. The phone is an iphone8 and the factory restart was done earlier today 🙂

By factory restart what are you referring to?
