I am having the same syncing issue between my fitbit versa & my galaxy note 8, it hasn't synced since Sunday and I was having issues last week too. I'm not getting notifications, etc. I deleted the fitbit app, reinstalled it, restarted the tracker, restarted the phone, turned bluetooth on & off, etc. Such a pain. I'm hesitant to do a factory reset on my tracker because I don't want to lose my data.

My Versa hasn't synced since the 6th. I have rebooted, shut down, deleted the device, updated the app, deleted the app,.... Everything. I have a Google pixel which is confirmed to be on the list of compatable devices. This is my 4th Fitbit and the first I've had issues with.

We both have iPhones so I don’t believe it is an android issue.

I am having syncing issues as well that started last week. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app couple time. Also, restarted bluetooth multiple times but nothing would help. The only thing that works is unpairing and re-pairing Versa again, which is annoying to do on a daily basis. Need help with fixing the syncing issues

I have had the same problem, since last week. I have a Samsung S7 Android. I went to my App Settings>Fitbit>Force Stop. Then I opened the app again and it began to sync. There is clearly a problem with the app.
It also won't let me connect to my Wi-Fi network and I'm standing right next to my router and it is saying "Network out of reach" and my phone is connected. Fitbit is having issues...

I had these troubles too.. Solved it by removing the versa from the list of bluetooth connected devices in my Phone.. Then shut down bluetooth on my phone and restarted it.. And connecting my versa again.. And everything work.. Okay in the fitbit app I had to set the notifications in the roght settings.. But after that it was Solved.. So I hope this will help you..

Ok, there are a number of steps that need to occur in the correct order so I recommend you call in to the Fitbit help desk. It was a fairly quick call with no hold time!
