My sleep score, heart rate, and pandora  hasnt worked for days. Please help!

How about the sleep stages?

 

As for pandora what isn't working?

Does it show that songs are being downloading over wifi while the Versa is Charging?

Or do the songs download but not play?

Maybe the headphones are not connecting?
