Fitbit notifications feedback

I own two fitbit watches , versa and versa lite. I also have 

Pebble time, Amazfit,Sony watch. The worst watch in notification belongs to fitbit watches. They often lose notification function until decoupling the devices and restarting phones. I don't know how bad their software engineers are.

I don't understand how difficult a smartwatch can make a stable and reliable notification. What I know is that  other brands can make it better that fitbit, no matter what price they cost. I think notification is the  function of all smart watch. I hope you can make this basic function can really function reliable.
