Versa Lite

My Versa Lite is100% updated but will not come on. The screen lights of with the Fitbit logo but won’t go the the clock or any other settings despite being connected?

Hi @Mrs-Macduff  Try restarting it a few times. If that doesnt help you will need to contact Customer Support
