Touch screen not working

2 days ago I noticed that my touch screen isn't working anymore. I can't turn off or set alarms or really anything that involves having to use the touch screen. Any advice? It's only 3 months old.

Hi @chrisrun20 Try restarting it several times and see if that gets it working again. If it doesnt then do a button factory reset and then set up your Versa 2 again. If that doesnt get it going then you will need to contact Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
