My heart rate shows my current heart rate on my app but it's been a week since anything appears in the graphs. Also doesn't show my current heart rate line for the day. Usually I can see it as the day goes along how my heart rate changed. Its stuck on a week ago. None of my days have synced. Same for sleep. Have reinstalled the app & rebooted my Versa 2.

According to your description, it seems that your Versa 2 hasn't been syncing. To verify this, go to your Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture, you'll see the list of your Fitbit devices. Below each one you'll see the last date it was synced. If the date is recent and you still don't see your heart rate and sleep data, please let me know.
