I used to use my Fitbit pay it was very ok (except some past inconvenience) I like it I even added 2 credit card in the same time every thing was ok till the date of today when I wanted to add a additional card.
i couldn’t add long story short I’ve contacted the support of course after they lost my time for more than 3 hours and I lost patience they deleted all my data and bloqued me with updates… aaaand surpriiiiiiiise!! I couldn’t even use the Fitbit pay anymore (taking in consideration they didn’t inform me about that before doing the troubleshooting)
and now I can’t use any card, so after all this hustle they propose me to use something called Google wallet which I don’t have it and k don’t even want to use it…
anyone can help how to go back to my previous situation at least?

The same has just happened to me. I got a message to say I should set up Google Pay, which I did but now can’t link it to my Versa 3. Now I see Versa 3 is incompatible with Google Pay, and I can’t now reinstall Fitbit pay. Totally unhelpful. Help us Fitbit, please!

@MrsT763 There is a blue pinned thread at the top of both the Android ans iOS forums that says that all NFC chipped devices can transition with v 4.13 of the Fitbit app.
