Fitbit please give an answer....

How long until a new update will be completed to fix all the versa lite syncing problems???? @fitbitcustomerservice my watch is 4 days behind and I was told an update would be completed but this is just over 2 week ago now. Please give us some answers

What type of phone are you asking about?

I'm not aware of a stnc issue with android, but if you would like a response from Fitbit, you may want to ask Fitbit and not the Fitbit users.

Thank you, yes I will contact them directly, I didn’t realise that fitbit wouldn’t reply to customers on here, someone advised me that it would get there attention quicker on here, so apologies for that, I was miss-informed.

I was told by a customer service staff member that there had been an issuee that fitbit were aware of on the last app update, which stopped the fitbit versa lite syncing or connecting to ios and the app itself, they told me that they were working on it, however it’s been 2 weeks and it’s still not been fixed and my watch is running over 48hours behind because it can’t. Thank you again

Fitbit support have now told me my phone is not compatible anymore l feel l am being fobbed off as l have seen on this message board even Fitbit users with iPhone 11 are having the same problems. I am now waiting for an email from higher support.
