My 18 month old Versa was working perfectly until 4 or 5 days ago. Since then, it won’t sync to the app on my iPhone XR, the app won’t connect to Bluetooth, won’t find any Wi-FI networks, and won’t detect the versa device, the battery is using 25% of a charge overnight when, until 4 or 5 days ago I could go 3 or 4 days between charges, and the time is not correct. Right now it’s 25 minutes slow.
I have followed all the steps in other threads, repeatedly. I was briefly hopeful last evening when it randomly connected and synced. Even the time corrected itself. But when I checked again about an hour later, it was back to “No Device Found” and inaccurate time.
The time is a serious pet peeve. It looses more time the longer it goes without syncing.
The step tracking seems to be fairly accurate in the device, but without the app and accurate timekeeping, the system as a whole is worthless.
please, Fitbit, undo whatever update you pushed out that seems to have rendered quite a number of your devices (based on comments in this forum) useless.

I have the exact same problem. I've tried every possible solution I can find. No luck with any of them.
