Time on Versa is wrong

Time on the Fitbit versa is wrong and will not update correct time

Hi @GrannyGran and welcome to the forum! Sorry you’re having problems. Have you downloaded the Fitbit app to your phone and set it up yet? I ask because once it is set up, the time will be corrected once it syncs. Tap here for instructions. Let us know if you have any other questions.
