Versa not working after 'Factory Reset'

 I've been having problems with my Versa for a short while, so I did the 'Factory reset' and now my watch won't reset or switch back on...just totally shutdown, black screen.I've done the troubleshooting, I've had it on the charger for over 12hrs but its not charging (it was already charged before factory reset), I've tried the pressing buttons as suggested to others and nothing...just a black screen, even the light sensers on the back are not flashing. I brought my watch mid July 2019, so its only just out of warranty.

Seems on the community forum its a common problem  especially just after the warranty expires.😢 I'm not happy as I got a Fitbit last year thinking it was a good reliable brand but seems that a lot of people have problems with their fitbits....

What shall I do? 😫
