Versa 2 blank screen

My Versa 2 just has a black screen, it is still on and vibrates when I click the side button but the screen does not come on. I have tried to restart it but it doesn’t seem to make and difference.

Hi there @Georgia_Mae, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2's screen went blank, thanks for letting me know that you've tried fixing it.  I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

In order for me to better assist you with this, please try the steps below:

  1. Please confirmed that you've restarted your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Since your Versa 2 seems to be syncing, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Hi,

I have tried to restart and also changed the clock face but it still isn’t working. The watch vibrates when I click the side button and the heart rate is flashing on the back of the watch.

Thanks,

Georgia

Hi there @Georgia_Mae, thanks for getting back and for the update. I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above. Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should soon receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums. Note that we may take a bit long to get back to you since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know. 🙂
