When I use my Fitbit to record exercise, it has been randomly stopping and restarting and then my exercise data is lost. This is frustrating when trying to track calories throughout the day.
I have contacted Fitbit but they have said to record my activity manually. Surely this is not the point! They have not given any form of advice or solution.
Any thoughts?
