Fitbit refusing to cancel premium subscription

Fitbit has been refusing to cancel premium service. I started a trial and before that trial ended I tried to cancel. I checked the app, website and my google play store. There is no way for me to cancel. I keep getting told to reach out to google. I did and even google can not help me because there is no subscription for them to cancel. Fitbit is refusing to cancel and refund my money. DO NOT START THIS SERVICE.

Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. I think you maybe mistaken (at least I hope so, as I plan to cancel before end of trial).

 

If you go to Google Playstore, click on hamburger menu, you should see your subscriptions (3rd in list for me).
