Hesitation

My new Versa 2 has been displaying some issues, mostly hesitation. When I tap the side button, it often (several times a day) stays black. I have also experienced a lack of heart rate reading (vibrates on my wrist when it goes off or back on). I have updated my firmware and have restarted multiple times a day for the pst 3 days. 

Do I need a replacement or continue to problem solve? 

Any problem solving help would be appreciated, thank you!

One thing I found that speeds up the versa is to disable any auto detected exercises not done. @ADempsey your problem seems worse. 

Have you swiped over to settings, help, shutdown? This is really the only way to restart the hardware if their is some piece in your tracker not responding.

Numerous shut downs within the past 3 days. Currently, I am unable to swipe right without a serious lag.
