My fitbit is about 2 1/2 months old and at this point not usable. Have contacted customer support and supposedly been upgraded to a higher case. That was 4 days ago. I am wanting to return my fitbit as I have had nothing but issues with it since I bought it. My question is. can I contact fitbit and have it sent back to them or do I have to return it to the store of purchase. My store of purchase is 140km a way. I'm happy for a replacement doesn't have to be a refund. My last 2 fitbit were great just seems to be the versa having so may issues.

With no idea of the stored return policy, I am unable to day if it can be returned to the store but this might be the easiest way.
You will find fitbits return policy linked below as "returns and warranty"
