I'm on a cruise and my screen pops off. Took a swim in the pool and I get out and my screen pops off. This happened with my Versa 2 while exercising and now my Versa 3 while swimming. Now it won't even come on. I contact customer support and get asked me to send a picture. What's up with the screen poping off? I use this fitbit for all my exercise tracking and sleep. A previous fitbit saved my life when we saw a pattern of rapid heartbeat during my resting state. This problem/glitch socks. Any recommendations?
