Fitbit screen stuck

My Fitbit screen is stuck on the emblem screen.. can I fix it??

Have you tried restarting it? If does no harm and can sort out all kinds of issues. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

Yep done that it's been stuck since yesterday yest kept flashing between clock and charge up screen now it's just the logo since last night

Mine is stuck on the logo too. Restarting it makes no difference

@Willow14  @Mickkyle  - try in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and " Set up a Device".

I’ve tried that but app doesn’t pair with watch  even after restarting watch and turning blue tooth off and on again

@Mickkyle  - remove the "Versa 3" Bluetooth entry and restart both watch and phone and try again.

Note if you used any other Bluetooth devices or there are other devices on, turn them off before trying to setup again.

Thanks Guy. That didn’t work either. App keeps searching and won’t connect. Phone still vibrates periodically and then the Fitbit logo comes on for another period
