I have a Fitbit versa 3 and experienced problem with button and asked to return unit. I was unable to return as there was a problem with the account as it showed the item as retired. I explained I wanted to return and purchase the Fitbit sense (as same price) as I thought this may be better. The service I received was disgraceful. I have been left waiting for the account to be sorted and now the Sense price has been increased.
It seems I have been delayed to stop me buying the Sense at the reduced price.

The level of service strange as I have always prised the Fitbit customer service, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same level of service.
I would like to email Fitbit regarding the issues but it seems you can only post on the community
