Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My versa 3 will not go off of the Fitbit logo. I have restarted it on multiple occasions and just had to order the new sense. Please tell me how I can fix my 3 so I can sell it or something. Thank you.

Hi there, @PayMIL. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

It seems like you performed a factory reset while trying to restart your Versa 3, that would explain why it's only flashing the Fitbit logo. 

With that being said, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @PayMIL - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you to check if it is faulty.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

 

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
