I have the Versa Lite and it isn't working. After swimming two days ago my Fitbit shut off and hasn't worked since. I've tried charging it and holding down the back button (Lite only has one button) but it doesn't do anything, the green sensor lights no longer light up either. I got it last year so it's still under warranty, but I can't seem to do a live chat like a did when I had an issue with the Inspire I previously had since it's apparently not available because of COVID.

I had the Fitbit Ionic, and had the same problem after snorkeling (salt water). If you went in the ocean, it's more than likely that you're gonna have to get a new one.
