I have had my Fitbit verse for about a year had no problems until 3/29/2019 for some weird reason the with went off while it was on my wrist, charged it and try turning it on but was unsuccessful tried doing the same today but screen remains blank. Can I please get some suggestion or replacement.

I am having the same issue---yesterday I had a snafu for about half an hour--it had a 50% charge but I charged it up--then worked---this morning when I woke up nothing---put it on charge and still nothing --a little while ago the blue diamond popped up for a second then nothing again--will keep trying

Hi, first lett's try the simples solution: press and hold the left button untill you see the activity screen and ckeck if the screen activation is set to automatically. When it's enabled, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this solves your problems.

Hi mine has also stopped for the last few days. But it is still showing my steps on the app but my screen is dead.
Anyone know what to do. I see no way to get to a fitbit service line
