Hi . New to fit bit .
nothing wrong till this week , it’s stopped syncing activities with strava .
I feel like I’ve gone through everything from turning on and off , logging on and off . Permissions and Fitbit>strava link .
is it ever going to work again .  is there another app better or as good as strava that fitbit  may like more

TIA
Debbie

Setting - Apps - FitBit - Permissions.

Location must be set to ALWAYS or FitBit will just sit on your wrist in connecting status and will not connect to Strava.

You can too manually start your run, bike ride etc., manually from within Strava app.

If it is not this that as is cause then you are out to support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

In your strava app on your phone, then settings, what does it say for 'Link other services'?

So, as above?  Never had to anything on the fitbit side once it's connected.

Going through everything if looks like it’s linked but not syncing . All permissions ok , I’m wandering if it’s an iPhone issue as I did update this week to
😬

Iphone go to settings.

Scroll down to your app listings until you locate then select & open Fitbit.

Option - Location - select always.

I too have Bluetooth sharing, mobile data & back ground refresh enabled.

Strava. Location is set to: While Using.

If still not connecting delete FitBit App & reinstall. If that fails Start from scratch - rest Versa, delete reinstall app & set versa as up again.  Don't worry you will not lose any workout data. All will be there when you log back in.

9/10 when any issues start - that is what I do - factory reset, dlete reinstall app & set all back up again.

https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_versa_en_US.pdf  Page 62 tells you how to factory reset.

On Versa, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.
